Tuition Policies
-
Tuition is due the first week of classes each month. Tuition remains the
same regardless of absences. Make-up classes will be available if desired.
-
A $20.00 registration fee per student is due at time of registration, or
may be paid with the first month’s tuition.
-
A $10.00 late fee will be assessed to all accounts not current on the 16th
of each month, unless other arrangements have been made.

for class drops

costume.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather we will attempt to notify you as soon
as possible of class cancellation. Generally decisions to cancel
classes will be made by 3:00 PM of the day in question.
Methods for notification:
-
Email is the number one way we will notify you. Make sure to check
your email account if it the weather is questionable.
-
If possible we will leave information on the answering machine message
at 672-6468.
-
We will notify KEAN radio and KTXS TV.
Class Preparation
-
Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled
class time to allow time to be in proper dance attire and that you are ready
to begin class.
-
Parents, please see to it that your little one takes a trip
to the bathroom before classes begin. We will, of course, help any
student who needs to use the restroom during class, but a quick trip before
class begins will significantly reduce class interruptions. We will be
sure to give the students a drink break during class. Your help is this
matter is greatly appreciated.
Discipline procedure
Our instructors have been directed to enforce class rules and
maintain an orderly classroom, which will provide the best learning environments
for our students. However, first on our list of priorities is providing a
positive experience for each student.
-
If a student is having trouble following class rules or
participating in class, the teacher will first give them a reminder of what is
expected of the student.
-
If the problem continues, the teacher will give younger
students a time out in the classroom, and send older students out of the
classroom.
-
If the problem is still not corrected with young students,
the child will then be sent out to Mom or Dad.
Please let your child's instructor know if you will not be in
the waiting area, or if you prefer another mode of discipline.
